When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order items ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. Estimated shipping dates are listed on the individual product pages.
How do you package your vinyl records?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced mailers with bubble wrap and corner protectors to ensure your records arrive in pristine condition.
Can I combine multiple orders?
To maintain efficient processing, we are unable to combine separate orders once they have been placed.
What should I do if my record is warped?
Slight warping is common in vinyl manufacturing. However, if the warp affects playback, please contact our support team within 14 days.
Do you offer digital downloads with vinyl purchases?
Many of our releases include a high-quality digital download code. Check the product description for specific inclusion details.
Are your releases limited edition?
Most Waxwork Records releases are limited pressings. Once a specific color variant is sold out, it is rarely repressed in the same configuration.
